ATLANTA (November 5, 2012) – DuRhone Group, Ltd. has leased three spaces totaling 20,599 square feet at Roswell Shopping Center in Roswell, Ga.
King Buffet, a Chinese restaurant, has leased a 9,000-square-foot space. Stephen’s Marketplace, a grocery retailer, has leased a 3,324-square-foot space. Super Games, a gaming super store, relocated within the shopping center to a larger space comprised of 8, 275-square-feet.
Roswell Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Alpharetta Highway and Sun Valley Drive. Neighboring tenants in the shopping center include: Patterson Furniture, H&R Block, Southern Patio Living, High Point Furniture, Cho Upholstery, Paintball Atlanta Supplies, and Sweet Potato Home Cooking.
