The 8,000-square-foot strip center is located along Killeen’s busiest thoroughfare and densest retail corridor, Central Expressway, and was 100 percent leased at the time of sale. The property is situated on an outparcel to a shopping center comprised of Home Depot, Staples, Ross, Best Buy, Shoe Carnival and other inline tenants.
