BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (March 9, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) today announced that Over Easy, Inc., has leased 4,200SF of space at Dolly Creek Station Shopping Center. The center is located at 2409 Acton Road in Birmingham, Ala. This will be Over Easy's second location and is scheduled to open late summer 2015.
Over Easy restaurant specializes in breakfast and lunch made from fresh, quality ingredients bough locally and organic, when possible. Owned by Steven Jackson, its first location opened in 2010 and is located at 358 Hollywood Boulevard, Birmingham, Ala.
Jackson commented, "After four years of success at Over Easy, we are ready to grow. We are very excited to be at Dolly Creek, and ready to get the work started on the new restaurant!"
