SAN FRANCISCO (December 3, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that it secured a lease of an existing pad site for In-N-Out Burger at the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center in Novato, Calif. Conveniently located off U.S. Highway 101 at 216 Vintage Wy., the iconic fast-casual restaurant opened on Nov. 14 and replaces a former Burger King site. In-N-Out Burger joins anchor tenants Costco and Target and many other national and regional retailers at the shopping center.
In addition to the Novato location, In-N-Out Burger has one other Marin County restaurant, located in Mill Valley, Calif. Other North Bay locations include Petaluma, Napa, Rohnert Park, and Santa Rosa.
