ORLANDO, FLA. (August 8, 2013) – Subway recently signed a 1,673-square-foot lease at SkyHouse™ Orlando, the luxury high rise in downtown Orlando at 90 E. Livingston Street.
With an anticipated opening of December 2013, SkyHouse™ Orlando will offer 23-stories, 320 multi-family units, an eight-level parking garage, pocket park and approximately 8,212-square-feet of street-level retail and restaurant space.
