ORLANDO, Fla. (September 24, 2013) – Pie Five Pizza Company, Inc. recently signed a 2,400-square-foot lease at the Gateway Center in Port Orange. Anchored by Panera Bread, the Gateway Center fronts Super Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement at the northeast corner of Dunlawton Avenue and Interstate 95.
Blake Hunter of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Pie One Dunlawton, LLC, in the transaction. John Trost of Prudential Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Hyannis Port LLC.
A concept of Texas-based Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZI), the Pie Five experience offers a perfect personal pizza with whatever toppings you want for one great price, all cooked in less than five minutes.
