SRS Real Estate Partners Brokers Complete Over $6.4 Million in Transaction During 3rd Quarter

BIRMINGHAM (October 17th, 2014) –   SRS Real Estate Partners leased 1, 680 square feet at South Park Shopping Center in Pell City, AL to Aultman Dental, LLC. Martin Smith of the SRS Real Estate Partners Birmingham office represented the Landlord, 231 South, LLC in the transaction.

Food Giant will open in the former Bruno’s 53,400 square foot store along Eastchase Parkway in Montgomery, AL.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Landlord, Ahold USA, in the transaction.

Biomet Spine & Bone Healing Technologies is leasing a 750 square foot space at Grandview Parkway.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Tenant in the transaction

Captain D’s will be opening a 2,789 square foot location in Five Points West along Bessemer Road.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Captain D’s in the transaction while Bill Clements of Retail Specialists, Inc., represented the Landlord.

Cypress Equities has leased a 2,000 square foot space at Promenade Tannehil to AAA.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Landlord in the transaction while Keith Arendall of LAH, Real Estate, Inc., represented the tenant.

Additionally, Cypress Equities, represented by Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners, has purchased 14 acres at University Blvd. & Overlook Rd in Mobile, AL

Papa Murphy’s is opening a new 1,200 square foot location in Pelham, AL at Southgate Village.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Landlord, Inland American Retail Management, LLC, in the transaction while Jonathan Lindsey of The Shopping Center Group, represented Papa Murphy’s. 

USAgencies has leased 1,500 square feet at Pelham Plaza in Pelham, AL.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Locke Pelham, LLC in the transaction.

Marco’s Pizza will be opening a location at The Shops of Colonnade in Birmingham.  They are leasing a 2,124 square foot space.  Martin Smith and Adam Baxter of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Marco’s Pizza in the transaction.

Young Insurance has leased 1,640 square feet at Village on Lorna in Hoover, AL.  Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Landlord, Safeway Group in the transaction while David Plummer of Retail Specialists represented the tenant, Young Insurance.

Martin Smith of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Landlord, Schillieci White Stone, LLC in the lease of 1,200 square feet in the Public Shopping Center in Alabaster, AL to Republic Finance.  Linda Small of Pointer Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Republic Finance in the transaction.

Heavy Metal Strength and Conditioning, LLC has opened a 1,400 square foot location in the Crestwood Festival Centre in Birmingham, AL.  Adam Baxter of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction.

Additionally, Adam Baxter represented his client, Iron Tribe Fitness, in the opening of three new locations. A 4,200 square foot space in Lakeway, TX, a 4,086 square foot space in Leawood, KS and a 4,380 square foot space in Overland Park, KS.

AT&T Retailer has opened a new location in a 1,800 square foot space in Hanceville, AL.  Adam Baxter of SRS Real Estate Birmingham represented the landlord, Skinner Group, LLC.
