BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (June 11, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ (SRS) Birmingham office closed May with more than $10.6 million in sales and leasing transactions and 111,479 square feet of property.
An overview of SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham latest deals include the following:
Martin Smith and Adam Baxter represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala., with the lease of 11,218 square feet to NIKE.
They also procured the following deals:
- Represented the landlord, RGS Properties, Inc., in the leasing of 2,400 square feet of space at 20 Midtown to Chipotle Mexican Grill.
- Represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala., with the lease of 10,995 square feet to Chuck E. Cheese.
- Represented the landlord, 231 South, LLC, in leasing 2,800 square feet of space at South Park Center in Pell City, Ala., to Pell City Internal and Family Medicine, LLC, and 1,400 square feet to BamaWear.
- Represented the landlord, Hoover Court Investors., at Hoover Court in Hoover, Ala., in the renewal of 10,460 square feet to the Jefferson County Commission, and 2,612 square feet to Meyer Real Estate Sales.
Mr. Smith represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the lease of the 4,738-square-foot former Applebee’s at Brookwood Village in Homewood, Ala. to Verizon Wireless.
He also procured the following deals:
- Represented the landlord, Schilleci White Stone, LLC, in the leasing of 2,400 square feet of space at White Stone Shopping Center in Alabaster, Ala., to International Karate Federation, Inc.
Mr. Baxter represented the tenant, Sawtooth Cookhouse, in the leasing of 1,990 square feet of space at Crestline Village in Mountain Brook, Ala.
