Martin Smith represented the landlord, Branch Properties, in the leasing of 3,643 square feet of space at Inverness Plaza in Birmingham, Ala. to Metro Diner. He also represented the tenant, Soda Jerk, in the lease of 1,300 square feet of space at 920 Oxmoor Road in Homewood, Ala.
Mr. Smith also procured the following deals:
Represented the landlord, Inland Diversified Real Estate Services, in the leasing of 6,000 square feet of space to Dress Barn and 1,700 square feet of space to Light Rx at Countrywood Crossing in Cordova, Ten.
Represented the landlord, InvenTrust Property Management, LLC, in the lease renewal of 8,480 square feet of space at Dothan Pavilion in Dothan, Ala. to Ichiban Sushi.
Represented the landlord, JH Berry & Gilbert, in the lease renewal of 1,423 square feet of space at Mountain Brook Corners in Mountain Brook, Ala. to Ivy Nail.
Hamilton Huber and Martin Smith represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in the leasing of 2,823 square feet of space at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala. to Midtown Pho. They represented Cypress Equities in the leasing of 1,400 square feet of space at Midtown Village to South Boutique.
