BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (December 3, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ (SRS) Birmingham office closed October and November with more than $5 million in sales and leasing transactions.
An overview of SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham latest deals include the following:
Martin Smith represented the tenant, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, with the purchase of outparcel land at 601 Doug Baker Boulevard in Birmingham, Ala., at The Village at Lee Branch. He also represented the landlord, Inland Diversified Real Estate Services, LLC, with the new lease of 1,400 square feet to Complete Nutrition at Shoppes at Madison in Madison, Ala. He also procured the following deals:
- Represented the tenant, Captain D’s, at 760 Skyland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, Ala. with a new lease of 3,954 square feet.
- Represented the landlord, RGS Properties, Inc., at Hoover Court in Hoover, Ala. with the renewal of lease of 4,441 square feet of space to Green Valley Drugs.
- Represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala., in the leasing of 1,471 square feet of space to Lash and Brow Spa.
The SRS Birmingham Office represented the tenant, Iron Tribe Fitness, in the leasing of 3,300 square feet of space at 1014 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills, Ala. This location is Iron Tribe Fitness’ first in Vestavia Hills. They also represented the tenant, PrimeSpine Chiropractic Wellness, in the leasing of 1,750 square feet of space at Vestavia Hills City Center in Vestavia Hills, Ala. The SRS Birmingham Office also procured the following deals:
- Represented Carter USA in the sale of 7,296 square feet of space in the City Federal building in downtown Birmingham, Ala.
- Represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, at the Tannehill Promenade in Bessemer, Ala., in the lease of 2,462 square feet of space to Pediatric Smiles, LLC.
- Represented the landlord, Kite Realty Group, in the lease of 1,963 square feet of space to Nail Salon and 1,040 square feet of space to Wing-A-Fish at Clay Marketplace in Clay, Ala.
- Represented the tenant, Elite Nutrition, in the lease of 1,346 square feet of space at The Plaza at Riverchase in Hoover, Ala.
The Jefferson County Satellite Office located at Hoover Court, 1901 Hoover Court, Hoover, Ala., opened on November 2, 2015. SRS Birmingham Office represented the landlord, Hoover Court Investors, with this lease.
