BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (April 8, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners’ (SRS) Birmingham office finishes March with nearly $3.5 million in sales and leasing transactions and 20,915 square feet of property.
An overview of SRS Real Estate Partners in Birmingham latest deals include the following:
Martin Smith and Adam Baxter represented the tenant, BurgerFi, in the leasing of 3,500 square feet of space at the Shoppes at Legacy Park in Tuscaloosa, Ala. This will be BurgerFi’s second location in Alabama.
Mr. Smith also procured the following deals:
- Represented the landlord, Cypress Equities, in leasing 3,000 square feet of space at Midtown Village in Tuscaloosa, Ala. to Model Nails & Spa and 4,975 square feet of space to Phenix Salon.
- Represented the landlord, Safeway Group, Inc., in the leasing of 1,640 square feet of space at the Village on Lorna to Young Insurance.
Adam Baxter represented the tenant, Over Easy, LLC, in the leasing of space for their second Birmingham location at Dolly Creek Station in Vestavia Hills, Ala.
Mr. Baxter also procured the following deals:
- Represented the tenant, IronTribe Fitness, in the leasing of space in Greenville, S.C.
- Represented the tenant, GKG Realty, Inc., in the leasing of 2,300 square feet of space in Birmingham, Ala.
- Represented the tenant, Anthony Agency, Inc., in the leasing of 1,200 square feet of space in Northport, Ala.
