ORLANDO (December 12, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the purchase of a 1.195-acre property with a single tenant ground lease to 7-Eleven, Inc. for $1,714,285. The property is located in the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 417 & Narcoossee Road and features a 3,023-square-foot convenience store and six fuel pumps.
Blake Hunter, first vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer, an affiliate of S&S Enterprises, Inc., exclusively in the transaction. The seller was Lake Nona Land Company, LLC.

Lake Nona is a 7,000-acre master-planned community located in southeast Orlando, immediately adjacent to the Orlando International Airport.
