CHICAGO (March 19, 2015) –– SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), announced the listing of a new retail development in Arlington Heights, IL. Located at the gateway to Arlington Heights, Illinois, The Promenade at Arlington Downs is an 88,000-square-foot new construction development on 11 acres at the northeast corner of Euclid Avenue and Rohlwing Road. The development is part of a 42-acre master plan PUD that combines residential, retail, hotel and entertainment uses and located just west of Arlington Park Racecourse with approximately 1 million visitors per year. It is scheduled to be open in the spring of 2016. The first phase of the PUD includes One Arlington, a 214 unit luxury residential tower that opened in October 2014.
