ATLANTA, GEORGIA (September 21, 2021) – SRS’ Investment Properties Group recently arranged the sale of a Class A industrial facility located in Conyers, Georgia, in the densely developed Interstate 20 East Industrial market. The 107,976 -square-foot manufacturing fabrication facility is occupied by Batchelor & Kimball, a part of Emcor, a Fortune 500 company. The property is located at 2227 Plunkett Road in Rockdale County, which is one of the most stable industrial submarkets in metro Atlanta. The property was constructed as a build-to-suit for Batchelor & Kimball, Inc in 2017 and is situated on 19.81 acres of land. New River Ventures, LLC sold the property on August 12, 2021, for $16.2 million to Patriot Equity Partners, LLC.

Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson, managing principals of the Investment Properties Group in SRS’ Atlanta office, represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was represented by Bobby Mayson, senior director of Lavista Associates in Atlanta.
This industrial facility sale is the most recent example of SRS’ traditionally retail investment clients broadening their portfolios to include more industrial assets.
