SRS Real Estate Partners announced that FRM, a leading manufacturer representative in the electrical industry, has leased 225,609 square feet of industrial space at Clarion Partners’ Gravel 85 Distribution Center in Buford, Georgia. Located at 2323 Brown Road, this new facility positions FRM to more effectively service the markets they cover throughout the Southeast, including Washington, D.C. and Maryland.
FRM was represented by SRS Industrial, including Managing Principals Wayne Schuchts and Chip Watson, Vice President Michael Palmer, Senior Associate Olivia Diaz and Project Manager Charlie Williams. Seefried Industrial Properties’ Joseph Kriss and Tripp Ausband represented the landlord, Clarion.
“This new facility will allow FRM to continue to grow our business for years to come,” said FRM Principal Mark Fink. “SRS provided valuable expertise in terminating our existing warehouse lease in Norcross as well as the project management of the buildout and relocation to the new Buford facility with minimal disruption to our daily operations.”
