ORLANDO, Fla. (June 20, 2019) – SRS’ Orlando office brokered the sale of Dunwoody Plaza at 5040 W SR 46 in Sanford, Fla. The 31,000 square foot center is just west of Interstate 4 on State Road 46 with tenants that include Ace Hardware, Tijuana Flats, Allstate, Fairwinds Credit Union and Riverwalk Pizzeria. The seller, The Irvin Company LLC, sold the property for $5,907,000 to Dunwoody Property LLC, an affiliate of CenterSquare headquartered in Philadelphia.
