ATLANTA (December 18, 2015) – An affiliate of Wells Fargo has sold a portfolio of five BP fuel centers and convenience stores in Atlanta, Ga. for $6.495 million to entities managed by Peachtree Village Partners, LLC. The portfolio consists of 15,881 square feet with five locations situated throughout north and east Atlanta in Dacula, Sandy Springs, Snellville, Alpharetta, and Lawrenceville. The portfolio was closed on December 9, 2015.
“This portfolio provided an excellent group of properties for the 1031 Exchange buyer that was locally based out of Atlanta,” said John A. Topping Jr., associate with SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team. “These assets, which are in his backyard, represent solid pin corner real estate as well as long term triple net leases in place with virtually no landlord responsibility.”
Kyle Stonis, Pierce Mayson, John A. Topping Jr. and Robert Drake in the SRS Atlanta office brokered the transaction.
