The shopping center is anchored by Big Lots, Goodwill and Dollar General. Additional tenants in the shopping center include Rent-A-Center, Esquire Insurance and Checkers. Shenandoah Plaza is located at 228 Bullsboro Drive in Coweta County, roughly 30 miles southwest of Atlanta in the city of Newnan, Ga. The Property is situated less than one mile west of Interstate 85 at the intersection of Bullsboro Drive (GA-34) and Ashley Park Blvd.
