The center is located at 4550 Jonesboro Road, which is situated southwest of the intersection of Jonesboro Road and Interstate 85. Shannon Crossing consists of 101,174 square feet on 12.41 acres of land and is anchored by Kroger with a Kroger Fuel Center. The seller, an affiliate of Schottenstein Realty Company, sold the property for $15,575,000.00 on March 9, 2016 to a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Company.
