SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 16, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that a 10,971-square-foot retail center in Newark, Calif. was sold on Mar. 25, 2014 for $5.8 million. Located on the corner of Newark Boulevard and Jarvis Avenue, the newly constructed center was developed by Imwalle Properties of San Jose. Current tenants include AutoZone, T-Mobile and a drive-thru Starbucks. The site was formerly occupied by a Cattlemens restaurant.
Bob Quigley with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, Imwalle Newark LLC in the transaction. Quigley sold the property to Imwalle in 2011 and then ran the successful leasing campaign to secure the current tenants.
