SAN JOSE, Calif. (Dec. 10, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that Pinnacle Bank has leased a 6,710-square-foot building in a prime location in downtown Salinas, Calif. Located at 1276 S. Main St., the building, vacant for the past three years, is on a signalized corner at Blanco Road, one of the busiest cross-streets in Salinas. Nob Hill Foods, a popular regional grocer, is in the immediate vicinity.
In addition to gaining a higher profile location than their existing site at 1368 S. Main St., Pinnacle Bank’s new building will be twice the size. They are planning to open the new facility in April 2013. Mark Thomas, a senior vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners who represents the landlord for the new property, said “We are thrilled that we were able to secure a lease with a trusted local bank. It’s a win-win for both Pinnacle and the citizens of Salinas, who will have much more convenience and access to the bank at its new location.”
