CHICAGO (September 19, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), announced today that Panda Restaurant Group purchased a .69-acre outlot pad site on the northeast corner of Spinder Drive and West Washington Street at the new downtown development called The Levee District in East Peoria, Ill. Panda Express will be joining Costco, Target and Gordman's in this 500,000-square-foot development center, as well as Ulta, Ross Dress For Less, Red Robin and Potbelly.
