This children’s fashion retailer joins anchors Target, Toys “R” Us, Ross Dress for Less, Lowe’s, Gander Mountain, PetSmart, Office Depot, rue21, Rack Room Shoes, Melrose, Catherines, and Avenue within the 230,664-square-foot power center.
