ATLANTA (April 13, 2016) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team along with individuals from the SRS Dallas office, have brokered the sale of a single-tenant-net-leased KinderCare in Colorado Springs, Colo. The child daycare and early childhood education facility is located at 5797 Jackpot Drive, which is situated north of the intersection of Barnes Road and Charlotte Parkway, and consists of 8,580 square feet on 1.15 acres of land. The property was sold on March 23, 2016 to Property Sunshine Development, LLC for an undisclosed amount.

The buyer was represented by Lara Casano, Managing Partner, and Emily Casano, Managing Partner, with Raem Capital Advisors in this transaction.
