ATLANTA (January 6, 2016) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of Horizon Village Shopping Center in Suwanee, Ga. The center is located at 2855 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, which is situated at the southeast corner of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and Horizon Drive. Horizon Village consists of 97,001 square feet on 14.99 acres of land. The seller, Ramco-Gershenson Properties, LLC sold the property for an undisclosed amount on December 23, 2015 to JBL Asset Management, LLC.
