HOUSTON (May 25, 2021) – Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream is opening its second Houston location in The Woodlands area. The Ohio-based ice cream shop will be located next to the new Regal Cinemas at the Regal Benders Landing development off Grand Parkway and Riley Fuzzel Road. Handel’s first Houston location opened in November 2020 at 8715 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, Texas 77379.
The first Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream shop opened in Youngstown, Ohio, in 1945, and has now grown to over 60 franchised locations across the nation. Documented in many national publications including USA Today, People Magazine, Chocolatier Magazine, US News & World Report and voted the #1 ice cream in the world by National Geographic, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream is known for making fresh ice cream daily and not skimping on ingredients and quantity.
