SAN FRANCISCO (April 28, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that David’s Bridal has signed a ten-year lease for a 10,343-square-foot space at the Point West Plaza Shopping Center in Sacramento, Calif. Located at 1892 Arden Way, the wedding apparel retailer will join Kohl’s, Old Navy, Petco, Pier 1 Imports and Hobby Lobby at the recently renovated shopping center.
While David’s Bridal has over 30 locations throughout California and more than 300 across the United States, the company has only one other store serving the Sacramento population, located in Roseville. “David’s Bridal has a strong national following, and they felt the timing was right to enhance their market presence in the Sacramento area,” said Tom Power, executive vice president and managing partner for SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented David’s Bridal in the lease transaction.
