SRS Real Estate Partners announced today the $3.35 million acquisition of a childcare property occupied by Busy Bees located at 3700 W Ray Road in Chandler, Ariz. Situated on approximately 1.46 acres of land, the 10,904-square-foot property has 15 years remaining on its absolute triple-net lease.
SRS Capital Markets Vice President Alexander Moore represented the buyer, a California-based private investor. The seller was a Phoenix-based investment group.
“Chandler continues to be a dynamic, fast-growing suburb of the greater Phoenix region,” said Moore. “This property provides the buyer with a proven childcare tenant with one of the strongest guaranties in the sector on a long-term lease.”
Moore added that SRS has continued to increase its market share in the child care net lease sector with more than $240 million in properties sold and more than $60 million of child care assets currently being marketed across the country.
