SAN FRANCISCO (November 6, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that BevMo! (Beverages and More!) has selected three new locations slated to open in Central California by the end of November.
Locations and opening dates are as follows:
- BevMo! Visalia, is located at 3808 S. Mooney Boulevard and opened on October 26. With 9,100 square feet, the store is located near two shopping centers, Sequoia Mall and Town & Country. National chains Staples, Cost Plus, and Lowes Home Improvement are also nearby.
- BevMo! Lodi, located at 2418 W. Kettleman Lane, will open on November 9. With an 8,000-square-foot space, the store is near major national and regional chains, including Walmart, Food4Less, Staples, and Lowes.
- BevMo! Tracy, located at Grant Line Rd. and Interstate Highway 205, is scheduled to open November 16. This store will have 9,000 square feet and is adjacent to Walmart, with Mancini’s Sleepworld nearby.

Marc Griffiths with Zeeb Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Save Mart Supermarkets, Inc., in the Visalia location. Vic DeMelo with Browman Development Company, Inc. represented the landlord, First Lodi Plaza Associates, LP, in the Lodi location.
