Beaver Ruin Village I & II Sold in Lilburn, Georgia

ATLANTA (July 8, 2015) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of Beaver Ruin Village I & II in Lilburn, Ga. Beaver Ruin Village is a 74,038-square-foot community center shadow-anchored by Kroger. The property is located at 4145-4153 Lawrenceville Highway, which is situated at the northeast corner of the intersection of Beaver Ruin Road and Lawrenceville Highway. Beaver Ruin Village II is located south of Beaver Ruin Village at 4140 – 4150 Lawrenceville Highway and consists of 34,925-square-feet. The two retail centers were sold for $16.725 million. The seller, Connolly Beaver Ruin, LLC, a CONNOLLY company, sold the property to WHLR-Beaver Ruin Village, LLC on July 1, 2015.
