Toppers Pizza, based in Whitewater, Wisc., has leased its first Texas location – at the southeast corner of Berry Street and Cockrell Avenue, just east of University Drive.
The 1,700-square-foot space is adjacent to Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
Construction on the restaurant is scheduled to begin in March.
Toppers Pizza started in 1984 now has more than 40 locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and North Carolina. In addition to pizza, Toppers Pizza offers Buffalo wings, quesadillas and sandwiches.
Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. The landlord is Potomac Street Investments.
