Boutique retailer Lane-Knight announced plans to relocate to the West 7th mixed-use development from its current Camp Bowie Boulevard shop.
The move will signify an expansion for Lane-Knight, which has specialized in accessories, with a launch of a fashion apparel line.
Lane-Knight will occupy a 1,411-square-foot shop on Crockett Street between Terra Mediterranean Grill and home accessory shop WRARE. The boutique is slated to open in late summer 2012.
Lane-Knight was founded by Dawn Keifer in 2008.
The team of Frank Bullock and Carey Shagets of SRS Real Estate Partners and Roger Chieffalo of Chieffalo Realty represented both the landlord and tenant in lease negotiations.
West 7th is a 13-acre development located on 7th Street and University Drive in Fort Worth. The project was developed by a Cypress Equities company and the residential component by Columbus Realty Partners LTD.
