Weight Watchers has leased a 1,400-square-foot space in the Shoppes of Garland shopping cneter in Garland, TX.
Jack Burgher and Mark Newman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Weight Watchers in the transaction. Tony Huynh with Quine and Associates represented the landlord, TSCA-226 Limited Partnership.
The shopping center is located at the northeast corner of Firewheel Parkway and Pleasant Valley Road and is anchored by Tom Thumb and Sally Beauty Supplies.
