Weight Watchers of North America, Inc. has leased two new spaces located in Hurst and Plano, Texas.
The 1,928-square-foot Hurst location is on State Highway 26 and Mid-Cities Boulevard at Mayfair Village shopping center. Neighboring tenants in the shopping center include Tom Thumb, Bally’s Total Fitness, Radio Shack and Wild Birds Unlimited.
The 1,900-square-foot Plano location is on the southwest corner of West Parker Road and Custer Road at Custer Park shopping center. Neighboring tenants in the shopping center include Kroger, T-Mobile, Subway and Legacy Travel.

The landlord for the Hurst location, Mayfair Station, LLC, was represented by Rob Murphy with Phillips & Edison.
