Jeff Warwick, CPM has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as a senior associate.
Warwick will focus on tenant and landlord representation alongside Cody Persyn and Jonathan Hicks. He was previously at Weingarten Realty Investors where he completed more than 40 transactions worth $15 million in minimum base rent.
An eight-year industry veteran, he also has experience with creating and implementing sustainability programs and property management.
Warwick earned his degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from the University of Houston. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
