SRS Real Estate Partners’ southeast investment sales team marketed and brokered the sale of two ground leased outparcels, leased to Taco Bell and Wells Fargo, in front of Savannah Mall at 14055 and 14009 Abercorn St.
The Taco Bell outparcel consists of 0.7542 acres of land; the Wells Fargo outparcel consists of 1.0637 acres. SSF Savannah Properties, LLC, sold them for $2.3 million on March 14 to California-based Idaho Cal Partners, LLC.
“The Taco Bell and Wells Fargo outparcels at Savannah Mall are excellent exchange properties for the buyer — with both having recently renewed leases,” said Robert Drake, senior analyst for SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales Team.
