Two commercial real estate companies with operations in the Dallas area are teaming up to provide more services to their clients.
Cresa – which represents business tenants looking for office and industrial space – and retail property firm SRS Real Estate Partners said Wednesday that they have formed a strategic partnership.
SRS Real Estate is based in Dallas and was formerly known as Staubach Retail Services.
Cresa has a major operation in Dallas and is now headed by longtime local real estate exec Jim Leslie.
“The alliance is an excellent fit,” Leslie said in a statement.
Cresa is based in Boston and has been in business since 1993. The commercial real estate firm has 55 offices in North America.
SRS Real Estate was founded by CEO Chris Maguire and Roger Staubach in 1986 and does retail property business nationwide.
