PGA Tour Superstore plans to open its first Tucson location early next year in the Tucson Fiesta Shopping Center, 4215 N. Oracle Road.
The 25,000-square-foot store, the company’s fourth in Arizona, will feature swing simulators, practice hitting bays, a putting green and a club-making and -repair facility. The company has two stores in Scottsdale and one in Chandler.
“Tucson is an incredible market for golf, and we believe the area is underserved for golf retail,” President and CEO Dick Sullivan said in a news release. “Our professional expertise and interactive environment inspire all types of golfers, from beginners to scratch golfers, to play the game.”
Alan Tanner of Bourne Cos. represented PGA Tour, and Paul Serafin, of De Rito Partners, represented the landlord.
The company plans to hire 25 employees. A job fair will be held at the store location Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
