Sylvan | Thirty developer Oaxaca Interests, LLC has leased a 2,000-square-foot space at the Sylvan | Thirty shopping center in Oak Cliff to local specialty coffee shop The Pearl Cup.
This will be The Pearl Cup’s third location in the Dallas area and it is expected to open in early 2013.
Sylvan | Thirty is a mixed-use development with a local grocery store, restaurants, retailers and approximately two hundred studio and loft apartments. It is located at the crossroads of West Dallas and North Oak Cliff on the northeast corner of Sylvan Avenue and I-30.
