California-based automotive company, Tesla, leased the 18,200-square-foot retail property at 1580 Church St. in Decatur, GA, located about three miles from Downtown Atlanta.
The space was previously an Isuzu dealership and is situated next to a BMW dealership.
Tesla's expected move-in date is set for October 2014. Brian Patton of Capital Realty Advisors represented the landlord, while Sarah Williams of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
This will be the automaker’s second store in Atlanta, with the company eyeing a third in Buckhead.
