Tarlton Properties Buys in Palo Alto

Tarlton Properties purchased the office building at 2555 Park Blvd. in Palo Alto, CA, from a group of private investors for a little less than $4.38 million, or about $494 per square foot.

The 8,849-square-foot building was constructed in 1965 and is located in the Palo Alto South submarket. It is a two-story, multi-tenant building and was fully occupied at the time of sale.
