Staples Inc. has renewed its contract with SRS Real Estate Partners for lease renewal and restructuring services. SRS will continue to provide Staples’ with direct-to-landlord negotiations to renew lease agreements, downsize oversized stores and restructure key lease provisions.
Kim Jordan-Miller and Stan Heller are handling this assignment on behalf of SRS.
In a separate announcement, SRS Real Estate hired Janie French as senior business development manager in its Dallas headquarters office. In the past, French spent 18 years with Staubach Retail Services, where she focused on business development, research and marketing. Before coming back, she worked as director of marketing and communications with United Commercial Realty.
