SRS Real Estate Partners has hired Greg Roth as a senior vice president and market leader in the South Florida office. He will spearhead efforts to grow and expand SRS’s presence in the local market.
Greg initially joined Staubach Retail Services in 1996 where he spent eight years as senior vice president in the New York City and South Florida offices. He was named a top producer numerous years including number one in the country in fiscal year 2005. Since then, he has served as director of retail investments for Archon Group, an international, full-service commercial real estate investment, development and management company and wholly-owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group. Most recently, Greg served as managing principal of LDR Realty Partners, a full-service real estate investment company based out of Boca Raton.
