SRS Real Estate Partners Expands Dallas Leadership Team
with Addition of Frank Bullock
DALLAS – (September 10, 2009) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the addition of four new team members to their Dallas office: Frank Bullock, Lee Loftis, Justin Schoellkopf and Robert Hunt.
Prominent broker and veteran to the industry, Bullock, executive vice president, will join the Dallas leadership team, and Loftis will join as a vice president and both Schoellkopf and Hunt will be associates.
Bullock brings more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on tenant representation, representing local entrepreneurial buyers, sellers and landlords for real estate brokerage transactions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Bullock has focused on retail and medical pad site sales, multi-family redevelopment site and land sales. In his new role at SRS Real Estate Partners, Bullock will primarily focus on executing the vision of the Dallas office, increasing SRS Real Estate Partners’ market share and continuing to represent local clients.

Loftis joins SRS Real Estate Partners with several years of experience in commercial real estate with a specialty focus on tenant representation. Schoellkopf and Hunt bring landlord representation experience to the company.
