SAN FRANCISCO (April 22, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) employees and their families came out in force yesterday to support the Presidio 10 race benefiting The Guardsmen, a local charity serving disadvantaged youth throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to SRS’ corporate sponsorship of the race, several employees and family members staffed an aid station while others partook in the 10K and 5K courses of this well-attended race.
“Supporting The Guardsmen is one of our top community outreach efforts this year, and we were happy to offer both our time and funding to support the Presidio 10 event,” said Tom Power, executive vice president for SRS. SRS has a long history in supporting The Guardsman charity. For the past 12 years, SRS brokers have donated their time and money to enable The Guardsmen to send children to summer camp and to receive educational scholarships.
The Guardsmen provides access to high-quality educational and outdoor activities for inner-city youth.
