PHOENIX (July 16, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced Nellis Land, LLC sold the land and improvements at 2526 N. 75th Avenue in Phoenix.
The 2,971-square-foot former Fazoli’s restaurant building is located south of the southwest corner of Thomas Road and 75th Avenue in front of Desert Sky Mall. Other tenants in the project include Olive Garden, Red Lobster, IHOP and Golden Corral.
