PHOENIX (July 1, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced that NextCare has renewed their lease for a 4,083-square-foot space located at 6238 East Pima Street in Tucson, Ariz. The space is located east of the southeast corner of Pima Street and Wilmot Road. Other tenants in the project include Heart Center Southern Arizona, El Dorado Audiology, and Sonoran Family Practice.
Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, NextCare, in the transaction. Barry Kitay with Whirlygig Properties represented the landlord.
