Mike Polachek and Alan Houston represented the tenant in the transaction.
Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty represented the landlord, Verus Laveen, LLC in a retail lease transaction for a space located at the northwest corner of Baseline Road and 35th Avenue in Phoenix, to the tenant Kelly Adams Photography.
