Brian Polachek represented the tenant, Jimmy John’s in a retail lease transaction for a 1,468-square-foot space in the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center located at the southwest corner of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale.
Scott Ellsworth represented the landlord, Red Mountain Asset Fund 1, LLC in a retail lease transaction to Arizona State Express Services for a 1,400-square-foot space at Red Mountain Plaza located at the northeast corner of Apache Trail and Loop 202 in Mesa.
Scott Ellsworth represented the tenant, Pita Pit in a retail lease transaction for a 1,304-square-foot space at Centerpoint on Mill located at the northwest corner of 7th Street and Mill Avenue in Tempe. Brian Polachek represented the landlord, Centerpoint Holdings, LLC in the transaction.
