SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services promotes four of its Dallas brokers.
Rick Ikeler and Jason Puig have been promoted to senior vice president. Rick joined SRS in September 2000 and specializes in providing project management and transaction expertise in support of the portfolio disposition needs of CVS/pharmacy. In the last five years, Jason has been the company’s top producing restaurant broker in the nation. Jason specializes in providing local, regional and national site selection and user representation services for the restaurant and entertainment segments.
Justin Schoellkopf was promoted to senior associate at SRS. He represented Toys “R” Us’ new seasonal store Toys “R” Us Express and represents various Verizon franchisees on their north Texas expansion.
Brad Gibbs recently joined SRS as an associate after completing the SRS intern program. He will focus on tenant representation and project leasing.
